People, Paper, Profits. Or, as I call them, the three Ps. In order to attract and impress investors, your business needs to have these three categories in order. Let’s start with “People”. Did you know that 97% of failed investment opportunities are due to what investors perceive as a weak management team? Check out the video below to learn how you can avoid being a part of that statistic. #Weeklywordsofwisdom #investors #mergersandacquisitions https://lnkd.in/gtxEbwyM

Great insights, Julie! 100% agree. A 4th (minor “P”) related to People is “Purpose” as is so well articulated by Lisa McLeod in “Selling with Noble Purpose”. A great business read proving that the People who understand their company’s noble purpose for their customers are very highly engaged. This is in complete harmony with your 3 “Ps” words of wisdom.

It's incredible how integral the 'People' component is in the eyes of investors. Building a strong, cohesive team not only enhances operational efficiency but also significantly boosts investor confidence. Can't stress enough how all three Ps are interlinked and equally crucial for a business's success and growth. Looking forward to diving into the video!

Right on the mark, Julie! Inexperienced folks often think it’s all about the great idea and their passion for it. Although those things are great, without a strong management team, the odds of raising necessary capital are very slim.
