Just finished watching the six episodes of Senna netflix serie . What an amazing travel back in memories when I was a child / teen . Watching with corporate eyes and not only as a fan of this national hero some thoughts came to my mind - Neither big heros like Ayrton could be preserved from dirty politics - Sometimes people removed from you the credits from your hard and excellent performance . - Being true to your values , even if you are punished, is always worthy - Doing things with love , determination and faith it will always take your where you want to be #sennaforever#

This is a good explanation of why Family businesses that are NOT run as championship teams tend to run into financial difficulties, dispute and breakups: because they prioritise family loyalty over performance. At some point this will mean that family members who should be overlooked for promotion or dismissed are not. The old adage the 1st generation makes it, the 2nd generation maintains it, the 3rd generation ruins it has some merit…

Talking about "family" at work is a horrible idea. Here's why (and what Netflix does instead): Kudos to my co-author Eric Partaker. ♻️ Repost this to help others, too. And follow Dr. Christian Poensgen for more.

⚠️ SPOILERS ⚠️ Ok so firstly let’s just talk about how underrated #lisakudrow is. Honestly, she’s one of the most talented actors ever! If you’ve not seen #thecomeupseries - please do IMMEDIATELY, you’ll see what I mean. And she’s just as great in this - I was super excited to see it. Now, I love a dark comedy and I was hoping this would be up there with #whitelotus It started strong - really strong. Ironically, it stars @lindacardellini and it reminds me a lot of #deadtomenetflix It’s a slow burn - lots character development, so it you don’t like those things you’ll probably find this too drawn out. But I was totally invested in the murder mystery - UNTIL I found out what happened 😫 I mean there’s a major plot flaw with the gun casings and am I supposed to believe that they fired the guns at the same time?? That’s crazy! Also, I don’t think @lindacardellini character would snap like that and shoot him. It feels like a really lazy ending to what started off pretty great. Next please 🙏🏾 #honestmoviereviews #moviereviews #moviereviewsblog #moviereviewer #netflixmovie #netflixmoviestowatch #netflixrecommendations #netflixreview #whattowatchonnetflix #whattowatchnext #thrillermovie #thrillermoviereviews #netflixseriesoriginal #netflixseries #netflixdarkcomedy #netflixcomedy #honesttvreviews #tvreviews #tvreview #tvreviewer

Sharing the pages below in why when you are a leader at work you lead a TEAM. And not a FAMILY. Happy reading. 🤓Thank you Dr. Christian Poensgen In healthcare, many call their work a home away from home. Specially if their schedule is 8 hrs/day 40 hrs a week. As a result the people they work with are their work family. Many times I have witnessed the erosion the word family causes to what the healthcare team is intended to be. Healthcare managers managing work families may find it difficult to manage those self-identified families versus the healthcare teams they are intended to. Gina A.
