Navigating the corporate sales process as a startup can be challenging. A big thank you to Kim Garland and Michael Luh for sharing invaluable insights and strategies during our “Selling to Big Corporates” panel discussion last week as part of the Customer to Capital Accelerator. Here are some key takeaways: -Find the Right Person: Identify well-respected individuals within the organization that care about the problem you’re solving. Your champion may not be an executive, but rather a business unit or team leader that has meaningful influence. -Be Prepared and Stay Flexible: Have initial answers for the following questions before engaging with a corporation and an expectation for these to evolve as you gather more insights during discussions.
