We didn’t focus only on the intersection of disciplines; we also were intersecting the cultures. The team experience started the 2 of us, Wioletta Simonet and I, Polish and French. From an executive assistant from Singapore, married to a Swiss, an English copywriter expat in Greece, a Swiss-french graphic designer, a Swiss-Italian Social Media expert, a Turkish investor and a French networker, a digital team with a Dutch scientist and a Spanish IT expert, 2 Italians, a Lithuanian living in Liechtenstein and Saudi Arabian editing videos, our @Neuronatwork platform was developed by a Portuguese team and a Brazilian IT project manager. We had US advertising firm and a Polish program manager. Analytics and SEO were looked after by 2 Indians and one Ukrainian. This is a very explosive mix, embracing the chaos and transformation, everyone bringing their background, experience, beliefs, expectations, ... we had fun working together and we learn so much in the process.
