Awesome experience hosting the entire AgentSync Go To Market team at our global HQ here in Denver, Colorado. I remember 2 years ago when there were 6 of us on the Go To Market team, masks on, huddled around a laptop for annual kick off. Two years later the go to market team is over 100 strong. Thank you to BAI for publishing my article, "How to create a personal banker for everyone." I argue that while banks and credit unions are ramping up their spending on tools to support customer financial well-being, there is more to do. Encouraging a customer to engage in some point solution is a step in the right direction, but the reality is that it takes years of savvy decisions and discipline for someone to achieve their financial goals, such as home ownership. The article details an approach to create an omni-channel personal banker for all customers to guide them along their multi-year journey.
