I have no one to turn to, my identity has been compromised by Square and they have associated me with a delinquent account. Square has remove funds from a sale that I processed incorrectly and I am not able to solve this throught the Square channels of support. I called twice have a case number and have submitted sensitive corporate information to prove I have no affiliation withbthis imposter. I am begging for help. Oh yeah. Square is great. Installed a BRAND NEW light fixture. The exact same one the “customer” previously had. SIX WEEKS AFTER INSTALL customer claims “item not has described”. WHAT?? a standard white light pool fixture. The exact same one they had! I furnished the INV etc and STILL LOST. $1000 out of my account. GONE
And if you’re #51, Square will terminate your processing relationship with hardly any explanation and short notice. No doubt tied back to their own profitability. Here’s a new marketing slogan “At Square, Cash is King”

1moGotta luv #square. A call in customer requested a new pool light fixture to be installed. I installed the exact same fixture The customer had previously. It even came with a manufacturers warranty card. Six weeks after the date of install, the customer calls square and said item not as described and disputed the thousand dollar credit card charge. I get an email from Square wanting documentation. I literally furnish all of the documents and I still lost. How is this even possible not to mention how is it legal? Square literally took the thousand dollars out of my account immediately. Hats off to #square
