Tell us what differentiates a great leader from a good one using one word or phrase. We’ll go first: Choosing bravery over fear.

Curiosity. We love seeing leaders we support leverage curiosity and encourage their teams to get curious to empower them through coaching! True coaching is about embracing curiosity, not providing guidance or giving feedback.

Letting everyone else in the room speak first!

Love to hear this. Bravery and confidence are correlated based on our research in nearly 15,000 people. When you feel more brave, you also feel more confident. "Choosing" bravery means taking action when you are scared, even if that action is small and only a bit outside of your comfort zone. Most importantly, in our research, we have found there are three ways to practice your bravery: honesty with yourself, taking brave action (even "little" brave action, and witnessing brave action. #braveyourfear

Leading people based on where they are for a specific task and never assuming "they're good at everything". To put it more simply, great leaders don't disappear when you need them.

Curiosity!! It leads to innovation, evolution, opportunity and so much more - expansive thinking creates space for others.

Conscious impact. Great leaders make a deliberate effort to create positive change in the world through thoughtful actions and decisions.

Transformative impact. Unlike a good leader who may effectively manage and maintain, a great leader creates a profound and lasting difference.
