Kudos to Olympic Athlete and Chief Member Allyson Felix for taking strides to support parent athletes at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. With this space, created in partnership with Pampers, mothers will be able to care for their children without having to sacrifice time and energy they’d otherwise dedicate to training, competing, and winning. We’re cheering for all parent athletes this year — they remind us that you can balance many roles and still be at the top of your game. (📽: CBS News)
This is amazing. I'm a new mom too (last month) and it's the thoughtfulness like this that reminds me that people can still be empathetic and kind in such a divided world.
Just brilliant. I’m sure it is not just athlete mums that are benefiting from this fantastic concept, but fathers too 👏🏽
Well done! You 100% can choose motherhood and still be the top of your game when you have safe spaces and support!
Allyson Felix continues to be a leader on and off the track. One person stepping up to make a change for the greater good is how the world becomes a better place.
This is beautiful!! As a new mom this especially brings me a smile! Thank you for supporting athletes in such an amazing way!

1moKudos to Allyson Felix. This is a great example of what happens when we act on behalf of others. Acknowledging Sarah Hirshland, CEO of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee as well. You had a vision for what health and wellness could mean within the Olympic universe, and you created more spaces for athletes on decision-making boards and committees. This is an example of what happens when leaders create the conditions for other people’s brilliance to shine.
