Today we launched our inaugural Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in Australia, solidifying our commitment to fostering impactful Indigenous partnerships and implementing programs that drive positive social change. The plan is the latest in Block's long-standing focus on supporting Indigenous communities and advancing economic empowerment through greater investment, innovation, and access. Together with our full ecosystem of businesses, including Square, Afterpay, and Cash App, Block plans to take action through engagement, education and training, community partnerships, and cultural awareness initiatives. Over the next 12 months, Block will execute the plans set out in its Reflect RAP to help contribute to a more equitable future. To learn more about Block’s commitments, you can read the full Reflect RAP here: https://lnkd.in/eHtAhsGN The report features artwork, titled Empowered Futures, from Rhonda Sampson, proud Kamilaroi artist specializing in contemporary Aboriginal art.
