You have to become hungry enough for change that the comformity of fear feels unbearable. So how do you get there? Well, here's are 5 basic steps. 1. Gain clarity on your top 3 values 2. Gain clarity on your top 3 priorities. 3. Gain clarity on your visions and goals 1,3,5, and 1p years ahead. 4. Take a look at your 📅 calendar or life and reflect on how you are living a life aligned with the values and priorities you have written down. 5. Write down 3 actionable steps you can take daily and exchange your old habits that will take you daily in the right direction of your goals and your vision. This is no woo woo. This is a real fact. If you do the same, you will stay the same. If you don't have a vision, you will stay thinking about the past. If you don't have clarity on your values and priorities, you will live the values and priorities of the people around you and go towards their g goals. Comment 🎉 if you will do it this weekend. Finding your life purpose can be overwhelming. That's why I created a simple 3-step process to help: 1. Discover Your Unique Talents - Skills that come naturally to you - Things you enjoy doing - You can use tools like Strength Finder, Myers-Briggs test to identify them 2. Align with Your Core Values - What makes you happy? - What are your non-negotiables in life? - What do you stand for? 3. Live Your Passion - What makes you come alive? - What do you enjoy doing? - What do you feel most connected to? Remember, it's ok to have mistakes on the journey. Nobody has it all figured out. Some days you'll take 10 steps backward. Other days you'll take 1 step forward. Just keep going and trust the process. What's one step you can take today to move closer to your purpose?

How to tell your story (without telling your life story) In 2021 I had a problem with my "About" page. I could never figure out how to tell just enough so my story connects to the work. So I'd end up either telling my entire life story, or completely glossing over it. Here are 5 questions that helped me define what was worth saying: 1) What was the initial problem/challenge? Think back to your life before the solution you introduced. What were you struggling with? 2) How did it affect you? List both internal and external struggles. 3) What was the event that sparked the change for you? This can be a quiet event too, like an internal realization or shift. 4) Who/what was your guide? This could be a person or a tool/modality that helped you move through the block(s). 5) What was the result? How have things changed for the better for you? List both emotional and material benefits. The goal of an 'about' page is not for them to know you. It's for them to make sense of your story and how it connects with them and the work you do.
