We placed several key Senior level appointments last year and we found that all successful candidates had a few things in common : 1. Solid technical expertise: all were able to clearly articulate and demonstrate solid technical knowledge through the presentation of solutions, flagging issues that the clients are likely to encounter and how to resolve them, and what is coming next in their sector that will affect the business 2. Clear, unambiguous communication skills: they got to the point, answered questions clearly and specifically, and did not waste time with unnecessary details 3. High degree of flexibility and adaptability: They demonstrated the ability to pivot throughout their career, anticipated trends and changes, and remained open-minded throughout the process 4. Solution-oriented and practical: At every challenge/ problem the client had, they offered a practical, unambiguous, and clear possibility of correction, without imposing their idea and remaining open to brainstorming and different perspectives, without being shy or scared to shut down proposals that made no sense or made the situation worse If you value these qualities in your business and want to hire at Senior Level, I'd love to talk and connect you with individuals who generate results.
