Landing innovation into the health and social care sector is next to impossible if you can’t explain in year benefits in terms of cutting costs or improving productivity, balanced with contribution to the long term sustainability of the care system through prevention. If you’ve only got one of these stories in your value proposition, innovator, you’re in for a tough year. But you can get help by bringing industry collaboration to the table. Have a Quick Look at this discussion.
In our latest instalment of 'Making Market Access Real', we were thrilled to be joined by Richard Stubbs, Chair of the national Health Innovation Network, Kate Woolland, Chief Operating Officer, Closed Loop Medicine, Jim McArdle, Strategy Lead, Patient Services, IQVIA and Paul Henderson, Director of Consulting, UK&I Healthcare & Government, IQVIA, sharing their perspectives on the adoption of accelerating innovation which is one of the biggest challenges of the healthcare and life sciences industry.

💡 Studying design has greatly changed how I solve problems. ➡ As a clinician I used to think in a very linear, protocol-driven way; I relied on recognising patterns and making rapid decisions - this worked well for practicing medicine, but is less effective when working on complex problems and trying to innovate. ⏰ Join me at this Diversity In Medical Academia (DIMA) event to learn more about how I apply design principles in my daily practice and how focussing on problems, rather than solutions will allow you to innovate with purpose, and have impact at scale! For any of us that have ever worked with implementing clinical strategies, you know half the battle is setting it up the right way. Without a good plan, you can plan to fail. I’m excited to see Implementation Science progress and get the attention it deserves. If you really care about making a change and moving the needle, give this program some consideration. This is the real focus we need to invest in https://lnkd.in/gWJskyER.

Thrilled to have Paradigm and our entire team recognized by New York Healthcare Innovation as one of the Top 100 Digital Health companies. As the CEO/Founder at Paradigm, I feel incredibly fortunate to have a world class investor syndicate (ARCH, General Catalyst, F-Prime, Lux, Mubadala, BrightEdge/ACS, Magnetic Ventures ) who are equally committed to revolutionizing how we conduct clinical trials and breaking the status quo on the clinical drug development model. For too long access to best possible care and clinical trials as part of the care process has been limited to far too few patients. Creating more equitable access to the best possible care for any patient, anywhere by any provider, regardless of their race/ethicity, gender, socioeconomic status, geographic location, insurance access is essential and our mission and vision. We will not solve the challenges we face today in the clinical trials industry with point solutions or one technology- at Paradigm we are focused on a newly imagined end to end ecosystem within a single workflow to maximize the efficiency of drug development for providers while accelerating equitable access to clinical trials. Congratulations to Kent Thoelke 🏳️🌈, Jonathan Hirsch, Jay Trepanier, CPA-MBA and team on Paradigm's inclusion in the 2024 New York Healthcare Innovator Report! Building culture is critical to the success of young companies and Kent Thoelke 🏳️🌈 is a culture carrier for the #HealthAssurances approach to responsible innovation, starting with him own team, as they work to link healthcare and drug development in a way that hasn't been done before. #DH100 https://lnkd.in/gz8zCmSZ Kenneth C.
