What is happening in this bogus International Court is not important. What is important? In Israel: The Israel Supreme Court usurped both executive and legislative branches of government. We live in tyranny now. In the USA: Ongoing collapse of the Southern Border and Endspiel of substitution of legal citizens with illegal aliens. Both events has paved road to the destruction of both states as we know (or imagine) them. What actions should be taken against tyranny? What actions should be taken against perpetrators of the High Treason? The answer is - be ready for violence. In times of trouble a state will disappear.

The United Nation's top court, International Court of Justice (ICJ), issued an advisory opinion stating that Israel's ongoing presence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory is illegal, and ALL nations are obligated to refrain from acknowledging this prolonged occupation. Furthermore, the ICJ emphasized that Israel must promptly terminate its UNLAWFUL presence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory without delay. It also highlighted that Israel is obliged to immediately halt all new settlement activities and remove all settlers from the area, while also addressing the damages incurred by affected individuals or entities. Additionally, the ICJ underscored the responsibility of ALL countries to not legitimize the consequences of Israel's unlawful presence and to ABSTAIN from supporting the status quo resulting from Israel's continued occupation. In the context of international organizations, particularly the UN, the ICJ stressed the imperative for these entities to reject the legality of Israel's unlawful presence and to collaborate on establishing effective measures to swiftly end the war and occupation. It is noteworthy that although the advisory opinions of the ICJ do not carry legal binding, they possess the potential to influence global policies, exert moral influence, and impact the unilateral actions taken by individual States.

The ICJ judgement is clear. There is no future for Israel based on the narrative of its radicals.... anyone who claimed or wants to claim new territory exclusively for themselves will only find eternal war, violence and destruction, whereas the moderates at both sides hold the key to peace by non-violent interaction and dialog. The only way out of the conflict is thus to learn to live together as equals and to share the country as one union. Practically, it means in my opinion to go back to the times of Canaan and establish (democratic) autonomous local communities and flexibly spread them over the entire territory of Canaan. These autonomous communities can coexist and come together in two confederations of communities (nations), an Israeli and a Palestinian one, both sharing the country as a union, this is a hybrid outcome with elements of both a two- and a one-state solution. There is space for all cultural identities this way without any minority versus majority issues. Currently, such scenario seems very far fetched, but, the Israelis and Palestinians belong to Canaan and nobody outside is waiting for an(other) exodus of any of the two. www.canaan.community & www.pax.ngo & www.convergence.ngo

In Accounting definition is one entity but with various cost center. I think a big wall that make the Israel - Palestina dispute become war forever is the USA positioning. We know that all decision made by majority of the UN members of security council can be rejected by veto rights which exclusively owned by only 5 UN members. The problem is the USA and Israel look similar, USA is Israel and vice versa.

ICJ declares Israel’s Occupation unlawful: 1. Unlawful Presence: The ICJ, by 11:4, declared Israel’s presence in the OPT illegal under international law. 2. Settlement Freeze: Israel must stop all new settlements, evacuate settlers, and provide reparations, according to a 14:1 vote. 3. International Stance: All states and organizations must not recognize or support Israel’s unlawful occupation, as decided by a 12:3 majority. 4. UN Action: The ICJ urged the UN to act swiftly to end the unlawful presence of Israel in the OPT, also by 12:3.
