His development work spans from the northeast to the southeast merging campus, commerce, community, and culture to create positive economic momentum. Elliott’s team redevelopment vision at High Point, NC recently garnered a “Best Mixed-Use Development and Community Impact” award from the Triad Commercial Real Estate Association of NC and Triad Business Journal. He is an avid Disney fan and states, “Disney is exceptional at creating meaningful spaces in between buildings that are just as important as the buildings themselves. Placemaking and careful attention to traffic planning creates repeat business and drives revenue important for project success”. We look forward to the new energy Tim brings not only to the architecture team but to JMT as a whole. The potential new project types that will come from Tim’s efforts will diversify our experience and expand the markets we serve going forward, not to mention the impact it will have on staff growth and retention.” Remarked Don Kemp, Jr., AIA LEED AP, JMT Architecture’s practice leader. We are thrilled to have Tim Elliott be a part of our team. For more information about JMT Architecture please visit jmtarchitecture.com
