Your Network is your Net Worth. I attended some fantastic networking and training events last week where I got to catch up with lots of people from the various property networking meetings I’ve been part of. I feel it’s my absolute privilege to be able to call upon a lot of those individuals for advice and support and the bulk of them I met originally through Partners in Property Community when I was a member. One of the reasons I’m part of PIP and co-host the London event with Sue Sims is because so many people from the group kindly shared their knowledge and experience when I first started (and many still do now). I can only hope I can help a smidge of the way that they helped me and my business. Never. Stop. Learning. Mega day with Adam Lawrence and Rod Turner yesterday for their quarterly business workshop helping us to think about business strategies, business growth and ultimately business exits. Property is a weird one as so many of us are sole owners or key people within the business, without us what happens? A great day to take some time out to think about where the business has come, where I want it to go and the operational elements which now need to be upgraded since I looked at this 3 years ago. A bit overwhelming in some aspects but also great to have a plan to take forwards as well as catch up with lots of awesome property people that I greatly respect and are doing some really interesting things (even if we did leave a little overwhelmed with the actions we took away ❤️😂) Great to see Ro Sharma Leo Gould Charlie Parkes Richard Woodstock and many more
