One thing I’ve learned in my conversations with leaders, people hiring and candidates alike: Finding the RIGHT person is hard. It’s hard with 500 applications to know who’s actually a fit. It’s hard to see 500 applications and think you stand a chance. I remove that hardship, it’s that simple. A wise man once said “What’s your Cost Per Acquisition”, how much are you paying to sift through 500 resumes and spin your tires trying to find the right person. To All My Frequent Flyer Friends: I normally fly Delta Air Lines, if the airline does not have a non-stop, then I will choose Southwest Airlines. These two airlines have been my go to pick for 15 years. As of today, it has been decided by the council of me, that I will no longer fly any Boeing 737 Max -8, -9 or Boeing 787. This will cause me some inconvenience, that is something that I have accepted. Being who I am, safety is my number one, over arching, focus. In all the aspects of my life, safety is first. I live it in my work life and in my personal life. I am also an aviation buff. Given what I know about safety, engineering, science, people, company culture, and lived experiences, this is the best decision for me. Check out this attached video. And, Stock buy backs are a lazy mans way of making money.
