Let's welcome in the magic of the Sun! Happy Solstice ☀️ I'm so pleased to finally see the sunshine here in the UK, and in time to celebrate the longest day of the year on this side of the world ☀️ Officially, Solstice is the first day of Summer and the longest day of the year. It usually falls on 21st June but due to it being a leap year, it has fallen on 20th June as the sun will be at its most northern point in the sky at 9.51pm tonight which is what marks the solstice. There are many ways to celebrate this day, here are a few suggestions: ☀️ Spend time outdoors, soak up the sun and allow it to charge you up ☀️ Eat fresh foods - honour yourself and your body ☀️ Express gratitude - (I am grateful for the warmer days &sun on my skin) ☀️ Commit to your self care practice - what will you do for yourself daily? ☀️ Add something honouring Summer to your environment, even something in the colours yellow, orange and red would be wonderful. Being the mid point of the year, I also believe it's a great time to take note and reflect on the first 6 months of the year. I am always encouraging you to celebrate your wins, but don't shy away on looking at what you haven't maybe achieved yet. Use this time to recalibrate if you need to.    ⭐Are you where you thought you would be?  ⭐Have you achieved what you set out to achieve?  ⭐Where have you gotten in your own way?  ⭐Where have you maybe given away your power?  ⭐Are your original goals still the same or does anything need to be reviewed? Most of all, keep being gentle with yourself and if you're looking to really ground into the second half of the year and solidify any new intentions, then join me to breathe in Richmond next Sunday 30th June.
