✨ Excited to share that I've recently received an executive training certificate by the University of Cambridge in Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies! 🎓 This experience has been incredibly enriching, giving me the confidence and tools to broaden my focus beyond communications and market development in sustainability, and step into creating real circular impact ✨ For the past nine years, I've been all in on sustainability 🌱, and for the last three, I've zeroed in on the circular economy ♾️, driving marketing communications, advocacy and market development for global nonprofits setting the agenda in this space. This course took me deeper into the core of circularity and sustainable business models, broadening my skills and equipping me with the tools and techniques to apply circularity in practice within businesses—really understanding what it takes to create lasting impact ### A Few Highlights: 1. **Natural Capital & Sustainability**: We explored the vital role of natural capital, how resource degradation affects us all, and why waste management is non-negotiable for a sustainable future. 2. **Circular Business Models**: We looked at how shifting from traditional to circular business models isn’t just a smart move—it’s essential for staying competitive and caring for the planet. 3. **Change Management**: It’s all about getting everyone on board. Effective change management and stakeholder engagement are key to making sustainability work at every level. 4. **Innovation with Impact**: Sustainability isn’t just about what we create—it’s about how we think, plan, and execute. Dear network, I have some exciting news to share with you⚡ After spending over three years monitoring and reviewing ESG materiality assessments in the financial sector, I decided to expand my expertise in this area and enrolled in the Circular Economy and Sustainable Strategies program at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Education. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Professor Soufani, Professor Cole, and Ana Quintas for their invaluable guidance and for addressing our numerous questions throughout the program. This learning journey has been extraordinary, not only for the insights I gained but also for the connections I made. Alongside 80+ participants from over 30 countries, I delved deep into sustainability and the circular economy, acquiring skills to 📊 -> Develop sustainability initiatives across sectors, from energy to services. -> Design sustainable business models. -> Evaluate financial, operational, and strategic metrics. -> Apply the AIDA marketing model and the ReSOLVE framework. -> Identify key sustainability enablers. -> Challenge and assess technological solutions. -> Identify, map, and plan for stakeholders. -> Define and implement tailored engagement plans for stakeholders. I am excited to leverage this knowledge and I am eager to connect with professionals in the sustainability space to exchange on this topic. 🍀
