Facilitate daily discussions with line in-charges to analyse machine-related problems and manage line abnormalities effectively. 2.Blanking Operations: Oversee the preparation for each die change, including storage rack arrangements and offload blank receiving and management. 3.Preventive Maintenance: Conduct process checks on stamping lines to ensure optimal line conditions. Implement process improvement activities to enhance efficiency and quality. 4.Productivity and Quality: Analyse production line problems and address issues promptly to minimize downtime. Manage shift performance metrics including efficiency, Strokes Per Hour (SPH), and pass ratio. Prepare countermeasures for identified issues to maintain high-quality standards. 5.Employee Relations and Manpower Management: Foster open communication and provide feedback to all line employees. Enforce shop floor discipline and manage holiday schedules through effective manpower planning. 6.Profitability Initiatives: Identify opportunities for material cost savings and lead innovative projects to execute cost-saving measures effectively. 7.Safety Compliance: Conduct safety training sessions and analyse working methods to improve safety standards. Manage flexi manpower effectively and conduct regular audits and patrols to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
