𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸: 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 🏃♂️   One of the most important things we can do to help protect our mental health is regular movement. Movement is a great way to enhance our wellbeing. It helps to reduce stress and anxiety while increasing confidence, concentration and aiding in better sleep. At JBAndrews, we encourage our staff year-round to prioritise their physical health as we strongly believe this is connected to positive mental health. One way we do this by providing a ‘Workout Wednesday’ benefit which allows the team to finish early every Wednesday to participate in a physical activity of their choosing.   This week we encouraged our staff to move more for their mental health by giving them the chance to start late and finish early to allow even more opportunity for movement!    We saw members of Leeds taking part in golf, yoga, gym sessions and dog walks, with Dubai opting for cycling, padel, running and a sunset walk around the marina. Each office also enjoyed a healthy breakfast on arrival to start their day with a smile. Absolutely agree! Movement isn't just good for the body; it's a game-changer for mental health too. Whether it's a walk, yoga, or hitting the gym, staying active does wonders for clarity and well-being. Keep moving, everyone)
