1moMy last resort for this pathetic jazz network is to say good bye, but before I go I'd like to give few honest remarks about your services 1. Network coverage Is recently getting poor day by day, it used to bs good but not anymore. 2. Customer support team i believe has a single task that close the complain regardless of resolving it or not. I recharges a handsome amount from banking app for my monthly package 2 days back that didn't received in my acc. This transaction was made along with my another number that is i proudly say ZONG where load received in an instant moreover 2 IBFT was made from same bank that day and all went well means my bank is working fine. Still i checked the banking helpline first and logged a complaint there. Upon submitting a complaint on JAZZ SAMOSA PAKORA app, (ID. 5005982) it gets closed sayin that "jazz is trying to contact me but couldn't get me" upon calling helpline they said "there might be a network issue" haha I re.logged another complaint (ID. 5008326) that ended up the same way. Just to check i launched a simple issue complaint (ID. 5006019) that i received a call *PROVES JAZZ INTENTIONALLY SCAMS CUSTOMERS* making fool out of them. After 24 hrs, i requested a reversal from my bank and....
