September marks the start of American Gaming Association’s Responsible Gaming Education Month (RGEM).   At DraftKings Inc., ensuring our customers are playing responsibly is a top priority and a core part of our mission. To support this mission, we provide our customers with:   - Educational resources on what it means to play responsibly - Limit setting tools, including limits on deposits, time and wagering, cool-off periods, self-exclusion - My Stat Sheet, a new innovative resource giving customers the ability to assess, track, and review their usage stats, inform customers, and help them play responsibly by making data-driven decisions about their play.   By raising awareness of responsible gaming resources, DraftKings aims to educate and empower our customers to make informed decisions and develop healthy gaming habits.   This month serves as a reminder of our collective responsibility to foster a positive, sustainable, and responsible gaming environment.   Join us as we spread the RG message throughout September and beyond.   Follow Lori E. Every time DraftKings Sportsbook launches in a new jurisdiction, the company takes a step forward. We have a strong team at DraftKings Inc., and I can't thank my co-founders, Matt Kalish and Paul Liberman, enough. These moments are also a point of reflection. Six years ago today, we launched DraftKings Sportsbook in New Jersey, our first state, and recently celebrated our launch in Washington, D.C. To still be able to build, grow, and learn with my co-founders is an honor. I look forward to each new launch and take a moment to reflect on all of the work, passion, and care our teams put into making DraftKings the company it is today. A special thank you to the D.C. Council for supporting the expansion of mobile sports betting in the nation’s capital and to D.C. United for their collaborative efforts to further elevate fan engagement.

We celebrated our third annual Gather on the Green event last week in Boston as well as our first event in Vegas earlier this month!   These events were created to build a sense of belonging for our employees and raise money for local charities selected by our internal Business Resource Groups.   I am blown away by the hundreds of employees who came out to support and donate to these great charities! I love to play chess.   Now…the game serves as a nice metaphor for how I approach business and my day to day life. I am constantly thinking several moves ahead, with 100s of different permutations.
