Always, always have fully charged flashlights and cellphones with you at your home. 5. With hurricanes, tornadoes and other severe and inclement weather scenarios, do you have enough stored bottled water and non-perishable food to last several days if not a week or more? 6. Do you have an emergency radio (NOAA) in the event the power goes out and/or you lose your wifi, cellphone capabilities? 7. Create a special designated meeting place while out at the mall if you were to face the unthinkable. Is that place at or near your parked vehicle, at a coffee shop, near a clothing store?
