Comment “COMMUNITY” or else the 45 will bisect you 🔪 🩸 👀 😂 The 45 is the 1st core fundamental in the Nonlinear System. It’s archetypal in nature and in every sport. and for any of the people who think “oh here he goes with the 45 stuff again!” …. please pack up your bags and resort your close-mindedness somewhere else. this page is for people who have the ability to think deeper and want to actually play beautiful tennis through intellect and science. now, back to what i was saying… What’s the fastest angle to surf at? the 45. How do basketball players stand when shooting a free throw? the 45. How do you stand when aiming down a barrel of a 🔫? the 45. The 45 is so soooo important. we’ve had players who just learned the 45 and they immediately became more consistent. in windy days, it can keep you dialed in and with a sense of direction instead of getting all turned about and having crappy contact again and again. this is just scratching (scratching!) the surface of the 45. So, I have 2 assignments for you: 1. comment “COMMUNITY” and i’ll get you plugged into the other folks who who to play visually beautiful tennis like great players such Federer. 2. Start looking everywhere in your environment and seeing where the 45 pops up. It’ll make you start to think deeper once you see it. #beyondtennis #tennis #tennisfundamentals #tennistips #tenniscoach #tennistraining #tennistechnique #tennislesson #tennispro #tennisplayer #protennis #learntennis #playtennis

Stop Double Faulting ↓ Ever wondered why your tennis serve keeps diving into the net instead of soaring over it? A 3.0 club player came to me with this exact frustration, clueless about the cause. After observing his serve, the issue was crystal clear. Here's what we I told him: 1️⃣ Perfect Your Toss: Many players unknowingly sabotage their serve at the very start – the toss. The key? Ensure your tossing hand moves slightly upwards past the release point. This minor adjustment sets the stage for a powerful launch. Why? It keeps your eyes locked on the ball and your body poised for impact. 2️⃣ Retract your non-hitting hand into the body: As you come up into the hit, pull your hand back into your body rather than letting it fall away. Why? because of contrary motion. As your hitting arm comes up, your non-hitting hand pulls in. It keeps you balanced + dialed in at the 45 on your serve. Why this step matters: It maintains your focus and balance, turning your serve from a fault-fest into a formidable weapon. 3️⃣ Maintain Visual Contact: Keeping your gaze fixed on the point of contact. Why? It keeps you locked in at the 45. You want to be at the 45 for as long as possible after the hit. This ensures your serve is not only powerful but also consistent. Federer is a great example. You’ll see how long his chest freezes after contact. That’s because he’s locked in at the 45. How big was this player’s transformation? Dramatic. He went from struggling with double faults now serves with confidence and control. 📝 Want a more consistent, powerful, and serve your opponent will never be able to read? What about some more aces? You're running from corner to corner, struggling to keep up, completely out of breath. You're hitting the ball with all the strength you can muster. Sweat pours into your eyes as the sun glares down, burning you. Your muscles ache, and your legs feel heavy. When you get tired, you don't have a team to fall back on; it's just you against your opponent. You have to keep pushing yourself. There's no one to make up for your mistakes. It's one-on-one out there. And while all this is happening, you're thinking about how to win the next point. Calculating what you need to do, how to position yourself, and where to place the ball for that point to be yours. And when you hit that winner, the feeling you get... that is why we play tennis. ❤️🎾 How would you describe how tennis makes you feel? Tips from the Legends vol.3 Tennis is a sport that is easy to start but endlessly challenging to master. One of the game's intricacies is the variety of shots that can surprise and unsettle opponents. A diverse shot selection is crucial for effective tennis play. Repertoire of Shots As a general principle, use the eastern forehand grip for serves, overhead smashes, and forehand groundstrokes. For volleys (where you strike the ball before it bounces), employ the forehand or backhand grip, depending on the volley's direction. Forehand The eastern forehand is the most common grip in tennis and the one you'll use for your forehand drive and most of your shots. It's often called the “shake hands” grip because you hold the racket as if you're shaking hands with it. To ensure the correct grip, lay your hand flat on the racket strings, then slide your hand down to the handle. Wrap your fingers around the racket, keeping them relaxed. Your index finger should be slightly forward, as if you're pulling a trigger. For hard courts, players often use the western grip, which is well-suited for handling high-bouncing balls. To adopt this grip, rotate your thumb clockwise onto the top of the handle, which moves your palm underneath, making waist-high shots easier to manage. Backhand To prepare for a backhand shot, start with the eastern forehand grip, then rotate your hand counterclockwise around the handle, tucking your thumb underneath and positioning your palm more on top. Wrapping your thumb around the handle in this way provides a firmer grip, but ensure your fingers aren’t too close together. Many players prefer a two-handed backhand for added strength. Simply keep the same grip and place your second hand next to the first for support... An All-court player is a more advanced player that needs you to play extremely good tennis to beat them. Here is an approach to playing against them: 1. They may seem comfortable with all their shots but concentrate on what weakens them and force them to play from that side. 2. Here you will have to use excellently your strengths. 3. Change different playing styles adjusting to know their weaknesses. 4. Keep the ball deep because they have net skills to finish points. 5. Vary the pace and spin of your groundstrokes. 6. Attack at every opportunity you get and keep challenging them. For you to be successful you have at all cost avoid : 1. Letting them use their strengths overly over you. 2.
