I mostly use this platform to post announcements of events that you might find interesting and very seldom use it to showcase my published work. This post is an exception for two reasons. On one hand, I am truly excited and honoured to see my piece on 'The Yugoslav Law on Obligations of 1978 and the Legacy of Professor Mihailo Konstantinović (1897–1982): The Influence of the Interwar Period on Post-WWII Legal Transfers' published as part of Season 2 of the “Cross-jurisdictional dialogues in the Interwar period” series on the #BACL Blog. On the other hand, in case you have missed it thus far, I highly recommend this fascinating series, edited by Prof Yseult Marique and Dr Radosveta Vassileva, dedicated to less-known legal transfers which have had a palpable impact on the advancement of the law. With more than 15 pieces already published, the #Interwar Dialogues series demonstrates the potential of forgotten or unexplored episodes in history, hidden connections, neglected legacies, and overlooked jurisdictions to inform the current debate on legal transfers and legal development. To anyone interested in comparative law and legal history, I highly recommend delving into the previously published pieces here: https://lnkd.in/dZ7FsxUy. If you are interested in my contribution to the series, you can find it here: https://lnkd.in/dhFggF_d. I wish you all a great weekend! #BACLBlog #InterwarDialogues #comparativelaw #legalhistory
