Players have certain expectations, and aligning development conventions with player expectations is key to a smooth first-time user experience. The most successful UGC will be those that follow convention. 📱 “Tutorials” have changed Gone are the days of the 30-minute tutorial. Gaming and social media have been trending towards fast, bite-sized content. Games have to reach content creators to increase discoverability, showcase how they standout, and assist in the new player experience. 🌌 Explore the unknown The beauty of UGC is that we don’t know the outcome - whether it be the genre, art, or design mechanics that get created.
