Meet some of the many nurses who conduct home visits for H Clinical in Latin America! We are so thankful for our care providers and celebrate the contributions they make every day for the benefit of patients. As the month of May comes to a close, we want to again recognize Nurses Month by highlighting the teamwork and the delivery of care across the region. The group pictured here is from Argentina, Brazil, and Chile! We will share more photos of our direct-to-patient team in the future, because every month is Nurses Month at H Clinical. #clinicaltrials #clinicalresearch #nurses #nursesmonth #careproviders #latinamerica #latam #southamerica #argentina #brasil #brazil #chile #decentralizedclinicaltrials #decentralizedtrials #dcts #homevisits #communitybasedresearch #investigaciónclínica #ensayosclínicos #latinoamérica

It was a great session with amazing doctors and nurses. 🥰 Take home message... - #nurses and #doctors are members of the same team, with different roles working together for the good of the patient. - Evidenced based practice should be reinforced to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Team members should respect each other. - Nurses/doctors must understand their scope of practice. - Everyone within the healthcare team is important and should be treated as so. #nursekend #nurseadvocate #patientcenteredcare

Ontario needs nurses and has been actively recruiting experienced nurses to immigrate through the Ontario Provincial Nominee Program. But once in Ontario, internationally-educated nurses find it difficult to work as a nurse. A new World Education Services survey reveals that process barriers have inhibited people from registration. Costs of registration, an unclear and/or long timeline, and recent practice requirements are common challenges. This suggests a clear need to reduce complexity so it is easier and faster for internationally-educated nurses to register and begin working in the province.
New findings! A WES survey of internationally educated #nurses (IENs) not working as nurses in #Ontario shows that, among those who are employed, 19% are in roles that make no use of their nursing skills or experience. Our new #CountingOnCare report highlights key findings and policy implications around the underemployment of #internationally educated nurses. Where Would the World Be Without Nurses? https://buff.ly/3WGB8zD Nurses are innovators, lifesavers and fierce patient advocates. Their expertise is crucial to healthy, functioning health systems. But today, the nursing profession is in crisis with accelerated, alarming levels of burnout, turnover, and vacancy rates. A healthcare system without enough nurses is a healthcare crisis for us all. It’s time for action - to recognize, celebrate, support, and acknowledge the irreplaceable value and impact that nurses bring to healthcare, every day. #ccnw #johsonandjohnson #futureofnursing #nursingshortage #nursingworkforce #nursingcareers #nursingeducation #nursingsupply #nursingpipeline #nurseleaders #nurseburnout

Today is International Nurses Day 2024. This years theme is The Economic Power of Care. A demand to invest more in nursing. International Nurses Day is celebrated on 12 May each year, to coincide with the birthday of Florence Nightingale, and since 1988 has been given a theme by the ICN. This theme was chosen to highlight the need for nursing to be seen as an investment, instead of a cost, and to “reshape” perceptions of nursing’s economic and societal benefits. “Despite being the backbone of healthcare, nursing often faces financial constraints and societal undervaluation” Many of our staff have come from this public sector healthcare position within the mental health service and know only too well how stretched and in demand these roles are. #nurses #internationalnursesday #powerofcare

5moThe best nurses in the country and world work here. I have worked with Isys for a long time now and have had the best experiences and built amazing relationships with so many people. The customer service is exceptional and the work that these wonderful nurses do is outstanding. They not only take care of injured workers but also accounts, vendor partners and us in the insurance companies... So, to all my lovely nurses there all my love and respect. What you do matters so much so don't ever change. Especial thanks to Erick, Sarah, Emily, just to name a few. Also, to those who run things and not at the forefront always all my love as well: Alysha, Kerry, Herb, Darin, Trent... and to my bestie Adam, who I call the Cobra, you know I love you always and forever XOXO 💜 🧚♀️ 🦋 💐
