✨a great initiative indeed!! ....🚨but.... I always had this thought that if everything can be online then why not justice.... I strongly believe that virtual court or virtual trial will bring a positive revolution in the legal field making justice easily accessible and fastening the justice delivery process 🚨but the only thing that concerns me is that in these virtual trial there won't be any advocate representing the parties... this might create job crisis for the practicing advocates and lead them to using unfair and corrupt means to earn their livelihood. This might lead to a situation of educated unemployment which is undesirable. on one hand we are facilitating remote justice via virtual court but on the other hand we are making the situation worse for lawyers and litigants as their presence in these virtual court is not required. As a result they loose one of the opportunity to earn a living. my question is then what is the new role or job of these lawyers and litigants who are going to loose their clients due to this shift of courtroom to screen! it is my request the concerned authorities to ensure that these technological development do not overpower and supress human resource. Making it tough for the lawyers and litigants to Survive in this fast paceing world #virtualcourt #justice #unemployment #ecourts
