Day 18💃💃 It's Day 18 LinkedIn Fam and my ALX VIRTUAL ASSISTANT TRAINING journey is only getting better. Week 3 has been really demanding in terms of the course content and Modules but I can tell you it's really worth all time and effort. We centered on Google Slides and Forms Today. Looking into the fact that everyone VA must master these Google Workspace tools for efficiency and effectiveness. Generally using any of the good workspace tools affords you real-time collaboration as multiple users can edit the same thing. Also you don't have to save manually, everything is stored automatically in the clouds as you work. The Live commenting feature that streamlines feedback and discussions is another exciting benefit of using the Google Workspace tools. Google slides gives you access to pre-designed templates so it easy to start and makes customizable layouts tailored to your need available. Image and video integration is another exciting benefit. Google Forms is not left out. It comes with very amazing features also, like: 1. Easy data collection as it's create customized forms to gather information. 2. Automatic data analysis: Generate summaries and charts. 3. Real-time responses: View responses as they come in. 4. Multi-user collaboration: Invite others to edit or view. 5. Forms can be shared and distributed via emails 6.. It has controlled permissions: Set editing or viewing rights. Week 3 Progress Update on the ALX Virtual Assistant Program This week, I have been learning more about the Google Workspace, and it's been both challenging and incredibly rewarding. Days 2 & 3:I've focused on mastering Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. The curriculum has been intense and detailed, but the skills I've gained are invaluable. Here’s a detailed overview of what I've learned; Google Drive: - Learned how to efficiently organize, store, and manage files and folders. - Discovered advanced sharing and collaboration features to boost team productivity. Google Docs: - Got hands-on experience creating, formatting, and editing documents. - Used collaboration tools to make real-time teamwork and feedback more efficient. Google Sheets: - Developed skills in creating and managing spreadsheets -Also learned shortcuts to help us safe time and produce efficient results - Learned key functions and formulas for data analysis and visualization.
