❓What would your life be like if you lived it dressed as a Piranha? 🥰 I have been fascinated by this series of ‘Masked Singer ‘ 3️⃣ very different finalists who got to astound us all with what each of them is capable of. 🤩 When unmasked , the first words from each were pretty much ‘ this has been the most fun ….ever’ 🎤 None moreso than winner Danny Jones of MacFly , who we now know, if we didn’t already, could have a Buble style solo career , ahead. He said after the win : 💫 ‘I’ve had the most amazing time, I can escape behind here and just be Piranha and sing these songs. I’ve learnt so much, I’m able to sing higher now just from being on this show. Most parents equate 'theatre' to just an 'acting' class. To me, a theatre class is a lot more than that - it is a full-fledged life skills course. Theatre is one of the rare art forms that teaches kids a number of leadership skills - empathy and Emotional Intelligence, better listening, clear communication - both verbal and non-verbal, greater social interaction and team work, project and time management as well as a strong sense of ownership and solution-oriented out-of-the-box thinking. But unfortunately, it doesn't get the recognition it deserves - at least in India. Donations and sponsorships are the only way theatre can survive without it turning into an elitist art form (when was the last time you have seen anyone buy a ticket for a kids theatre show?). We are trying to ensure that the kids who love theatre are not constrained by budgets and lack of access to theatrical facilities. For now, we are paying for everything out of our pockets but we would really like to build a small ecosystem that can support us - we don't want to get to a stage where we stop doing shows because we ran out of money.
