🚀 New Case Study: Redesigning INSIGHT ONE – A Unified Payment Ecosystem Platform 🎨 I want to share the latest addition to my portfolio: the UX/UI redesign of INSIGHT ONE. This cloud-based platform revolutionizes the management of payment terminals, allowing businesses to control their entire terminal lifecycle seamlessly, regardless of the brand. Our redesign focused on creating an intuitive and easily configurable interface, with widgets tailored to meet specific business needs. We aimed to enhance security, scalability, and real-time accessibility, all while ensuring an omnichannel experience across the payment ecosystem. INSIGHT ONE now offers six powerful modules: 1. App Store: Manage and publish proprietary or third-party applications efficiently. 2. Monitoring: Real-time alerts, notifications, and terminal geo-location for optimal system health. 3. Console: Remote application customization and profile management. 4. Administration: Seamless updates and device grouping for operational needs. 5. Reports / BI: Real-time insights for proactive decision-making. 6. Marketing: Inject videos, messaging, and promotions to terminals remotely in real-time. This project challenged us to balance complexity and simplicity, ensuring that each feature was robust yet user-friendly.
