Despite digitizing a process, are we inadvertently hindered by seen and unseen red-tape? 7. Operational Readiness: ⚙️ Adequate support structures and back-end operations are necessary for seamless process implementation. Are the operational requirements to support the process in place and work efficiently in practice? 8. Risk Management: 🛡️ Identifying and mitigating risks, such as data breaches, is vital to protect digital assets and customer data. 9. Process Management Culture: 🔄 Foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure business transformation remains aligned with organizational goals. 10.
