On Friday we celebrated everyone at the business, and our success so far this year. We took 2 boats from Paddington along the Regents Canal in London.
We had SO much fun, and it was the perfect day to not only reflect on what we have already achieved in 2024 across our recruitment and consulting divisions, but also plan for the next 6 months.
We work a hybrid model at Inventum Group so it was amazing to get the entire team together to celebrate before we all go off and spend our August working from anywhere (more on that tomorrow)

Last week, we held an amazing knowledge-sharing session with Dr. Fidelma Healy Eames, and it was a game-changer! 🚀

We're now armed with insights to create a more inclusive and innovative environment!
Embarking on my journey at Kidzink has been nothing short of an exhilarating rollercoaster, where each twist and turn unveils a new facet of creativity and innovation. No hyperbole here – no two days at Kidzink will ever dance to the same rhythm. In fact, they scream, "Expect the unexpected!"
Kidzink isn't just a workplace; it's a haven for dreamers and ideators like me, a realm where our visions sprout wings and take flight. The recognition bestowed upon us as the Most Innovative Company – Education, Middle East by the prestigious FastCompany. We wear it like a crown, knowing we've earned every jewel embedded in it.
In the ever-evolving landscape of Kidzink, creativity is not a destination; it's a journey – one that promises to be as mind-expanding as the cosmos itself. So, fasten your seatbelts, because 2024 is poised to be another chapter in the extraordinary saga of Kidzink. Another Konsileocon over and done, and honestly I think it was the best one yet.
As someone who has personally brought in so many of the people in the room, it’s really wonderful to see them all together in one place, all thriving - and all contributing to make Konsileo thrive, too.
Because it really is all of us together that makes Konsileo so special.
You’re not a lone ranger here, you’re part of a team - one that’s specifically designed to support you, boost you, and amplify you. We give you the tools and tech to do the job properly, and we pool our collective expertise so it can all be put to use for our clients.
Part of the point of getting together at these events is precisely for us to share knowledge - and shape where we’re going and how we’re getting there.
For me, some of the highlights came on the second day, working as a team to hone our peer review systems, evolve our Virtual Team Contracting collaboration platform, and show-off our marketing and pitching skills.
Of course, I also loved hearing all of the company updates, and seeing everyone speed networking - making more of the connections that will drive more and better outcomes when we’re all back in our home offices/regional hubs.
Thanks to everyone who came along, especially the external insurance partners who presented on their markets and risk appetites.
