🌟 Let's talk Unconscious Bias 🌟 As humans, we all have our own Unconscious Biases. Unfortunately, these biases can show up in a number of ways such as the Horns vs Halo effect, Affinity bias, and Name bias. For recruiters, it is crucial to recognise and address these biases to ensure a fair and inclusive recruitment process. By simply being aware of these biases, we are able to mitigate them and raise awareness amongst our clients and colleagues about how we are truly limiting ourselves from a percentage of great talent in the market.
