How do you know your preschool-aged family has been sick for far too long? The new game they’re playing together is called “Pharmacy.” In the words of my 3-year old son… “We’re building a pharmacy so I can pick up medicine for my sick kids.” This is what happens when you’ve been to the pharmacy 5 times in 5 weeks. Happy that we’re now on the mend, but boy has it been a battle. Growing a business, raising 3 little kids, and battling every disease known to man. This is yet another reason why being a #dadtrepreneur is the hardest thing in the world. Is it worth it? 1000% Do I question my sanity most days? 1000% But I always remember that everything worth doing in life is hard. Building a business. Raising a family. Living a healthy lifestyle. It’s all worth it in the end but super hard in the moment.

The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) has specific requirements to promote good oral health. Tooth decay remains common in young children, especially in those living in deprived areas. It can be very painful, cause eating and sleeping problems, and impact attendance.   Supervised toothbrushing programmes are an effective way to support good oral hygiene.
