With a career that spans from scrubbing pool floors to moving up quickly and managing one of Sunshine Coast's largest resort, I've always been driven by a desire for efficiency and innovation. This pursuit led me to found my first million dollar business, where I learned invaluable lessons about business and leadership. Today, I am applying my decade of experience in hotel management and commercial cleaning, combined with a relentless focus on tech for optimisation to help facility managers With over 50 facilities running more efficiently thanks to our solutions Ryan McKernan, from YEH 🇺🇸 SF/Silicon Valley, USA, is Co-Founder of Internship on Demand: Keegan and Ryan met in the front row of a product design class at UW-Madison. Our passion for solving a problem we faced as students drives our efforts to build a real, disruptive solution in the college-to-career space. Both Ryan and Keegan believe that there is a better path for job seekers and employers when it comes to internships and entry-level hiring, and we're building it. We've gone through departing co-founders, raising multiple friends and family rounds, bad hires, and pivots to get here. We've sold a product before having one, built pre-internship programming from scratch that works (our alumni find internships at 2x the national average), and now we've built a tech product that's growing across students & employers. We launched our product in January of 2023 and have over $50k in revenue, over 1800+ student users, and our alumni are getting internships at 2x the national average. We are proud to be a JFF (Jobs for the Future) Labs Accelerator company and are excited to be opening up our pre-seed round this July.
