Let me share a bit about my situation: I’m an independent recruiter focusing on mid to senior-level placements in a niche market. For a while now, I’ve been using Vincere, but to be honest, it’s just not cutting it for me anymore. Here are some of the pain points I’ve been facing: Limited Functionality: Vincere has turned into a fancy storage space for contact details and call notes, rather than a comprehensive recruitment tool. Subpar Candidate Database: The search function is pretty disappointing, making it a struggle to find the right candidates efficiently. Underused Automation Tools: I’ve not found much value in the automation features, which should ideally streamline my processes.
