How can the mobility industry retain control over the predicted growth in cost (15% annually) to serve their own needs, over that of financial institutions and ticketing platforms. In Europe GDPR (privacy) and DGA (data governance) legislation will force platform providers to become transparent. Leaning on contract law and mutual consent the platform role is reduced to that of an agent. As in any market they can not serve both the vending and buying side simultaneously with respect of individual interest. Nobody likes waiting in a queue, but Queue-it is changing the ticketing game, and here are three ways the software makes your experience on our platform EVEN better. 1. It guards against traffic spikes. The dreaded site crash. For your customers, it’s frustrating. For you, it’s expensive. Queue-it makes sure that doesn’t happen by redirecting visitors to a virtual waiting room. It then allows a controlled flow of visitors to your site or app in a first-come-first-served order so that everyone gets fair access, even at times of peak demand. 2. It gives you granular control over sales access. The waiting room feature also only allows verified people to access the sales.
