When the gap between the brain and consciousness is harboring shame, guilt, apathy, and grief, then the tension, triggered by the local environment can and will lead to the brain operating without an owner of the brain. Here, they will go to the environment perceived by the killer to even the score. All subsystems are defined by the purpose of the greater system. If the greater system has distorted signals, the intangible driver is asleep in the backseat, then the car will get on the road to escape the intense tension unfolding in the amygdala of the brain. The only way to stop the ship from going crazy away from the dock is to make sure there is a captain capable of stopping the abhorrent urges of the ship. That captain, in this case was awol. Why does the drunk at the bar order another drink? The cause, their ain’t nobody home. There is no captain with that ship! Abhorrent war ships with no captain, running out at sea without anything to stop it, is like the Kamikaze pilots during WWII! Why are there suicides unfolding daily? Ships without captains! Why are there mass shootings? Abhorrent war ships without captains! There are different levels of how ships without captains deals with tension, incoming sensory data. Hate it intensely or avoid it altogether! Lone v trail horses!

When are people going to literally go to DC and say, “Enough!” When are people going to camp out in front of the White House, by the millions, and not leave until they sign something that says we’re not funding Ukraine anymore. We’re blocking the border completely. We’re going to take gender ideology out of schools. We’re going energy independent. We’re going to manufacture in America. We’re going to pull out of the UN. We’re going to pull out of the Paris Climate Agenda. No more censoring. No more lobbyists. Cancel the Department of Education. Cancel the Dept of Health, clean house completely in the FBI, demand Term limits!!!! No more lifetime pensions and benefits. No more foreign aid. And we’re going to prosecute violent offenders to full extent of the law. That would be a good start in turning America back into America again. America 🇺🇸 First 🇺🇸 Always 🦅. ldb

In one corner, we have... Conning Conundrum Syndrome (CCS)! - Symptoms: Unshakable loyalty, denial reflex, and the blame game shuffle. Victims insist they haven't been conned by Trump and Putin, despite overwhelming evidence that could make a blindfolded jury shout "Guilty!" And in the other corner, we have... Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS)! - Symptoms: Uncontrollable eye-rolling at the mention of Trump, spontaneous fits of fact-checking, and an intense urge to debunk every tweet. Accused sufferers vehemently oppose Trump, sometimes with a fervor that rivals a sports fan during the playoffs. CCS - "Conning Conundrum Syndrome" is like having a GPS that stubbornly refuses to recalibrate. You're headed for a cliff, but it keeps saying, "Turn right in 100 feet." You’re convinced the destination is glorious, but spoiler alert: it’s a steep drop into reality. TDS - "Trump Derangement Syndrome" is like having a highly sensitive radar that detects every single Trump-related blip, no matter how small. You’re hyper-aware of every move, comment, and typo, often resulting in high blood pressure and a sudden urge to tweet. Denial vs. Obsession - CCS: "No way, Trump’s perfect!" - TDS: "No way, Trump’s terrible!" Blame Game vs. Blame Flame - CCS: "What about those emails?" - TDS: "What about that tax return?" Loyalty vs. Paranoia - CCS: "Trump could do no wrong." - TDS: "Trump can do no right." The Hilarious Hypocrisy: - CCS sufferers are like fans at a magic show, utterly convinced that the magician’s tricks are real, while TDS sufferers are the skeptics yelling, "I see the wires!" - CCS Remedy: "Come on, admitting you've been conned isn't that bad. Think of it like realizing the magician pulls rabbits out of hats, not thin air." - TDS Remedy: "Hey, take a breath. Sometimes it’s okay to let a tweet pass by without a full investigation. Not every blip is a bombshell." In the grand scheme of things, both CCS and TDS could use a little bit of perspective, a dash of humor, and a lot less stress. After all, life’s too short to be stuck in a syndrome, right? So, whether you’re staunchly defending or constantly critiquing, remember to laugh along the way. Because in the end, we’re all just trying to navigate this crazy world, one conundrum at a time.

COERCIVE CONTROL NEW OFFENCE (NSW) In November 2022, the NSW Parliament passed the Crimes Legislation Amendment (Coercive Control) Act 2022 (the Act). The Act makes coercive control in current and former intimate partner relationships a criminal offence. The offence occurs when an adult engages in a ‘course of conduct’ of abusive behaviour that is intended to coerce or control the other person (the coercive control offence). The offence has not commenced yet and will likely commence in July 2024. The Act also provides a definition of ‘domestic abuse’ for the Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Act 2007. The definition will commence in February 2024. This legislation whilst welcomed it is complex and it is important frontline DFV workers and broader community understand it before commencement to ensure successful prosecutions. This offence will require a collaborative response. Open to invitations to provide a comprehensive breakdown of the legislation to your organisation or community. Investing in knowledge and preparation can only ensure those affected by the criminal offence are kept safe, protected and offenders held accountable.
