It was great to see Adam Edwards featured in Automotive Management (AM) editor Tim Rose's Top Five ‘Killer Quotes’ from automotive industry senior executives and analysts published in the AM’s latest Spotlight on Finance & Insurance special report. Adam was featured alongside other insightful quotes from Mark Busby, Cheryl Ållebrand, Simon England and Tim Smith. The quote of Adam's that Tim chose was “The annual board report (due by July 31) will be an opportunity to bring attention to the Consumer Duty again at a senior level within the business.” I agree with Tim that Adam makes a really important point here, highlighting the #fca focus on the #consumerduty has not stopped as the FCA is highlighting the Consumer Duty is "not once and done".
