Just because something is difficult doesn't mean you shouldn't give it your best shot. I think back to when I started my staffing business 35 years ago in 1989. Back then, and even now, most insurance agents didn't understand the unique needs of staffing companies. In fact, many tried to discourage me from entering the industry because of the perceived difficulties around insurance requirements. But the truth was simple: they didn't know enough about the staffing world. While I grew my staffing company from its start in DC, to being active in 35 states, I gained deep insights into workers’ comp and payroll solutions along the way. I quickly realized that staffing companies needed expert guidance in these areas to thrive, something I found lacking in the market -- starting back in the 90s- with my staffing company That’s why, after selling my staffing company in 2004, I focused on helping new staffing owners navigate these complexities of staffing insurance; and in particular workers compensation . I’m more than just a broker to our 400 staffing insurance clients— I’m a consultant, and my goal is to help people start their staffing businesses with the right and best work comp solution. It’s been a rewarding journey, and I’m passionate about the work I get to do every day! #staffing #staffingexperiance #reflecting
