I love reading this! It fits right into what we learned about the importance of conducting stay interviews and the reactions we heard from individuals when we asked about unused talents they possess. We had no idea how many potential evaluation champions, future mentors, and organizational leaders we have just sitting in the bleachers ready to be heard and put to work. Let's make it commonplace to sit down with our employees and get to know them and what they bring to the organization!

There's something missing from these Gallup survey stats 🤔 It's the connection between employees who report having the opportunity to do what they do best every day and how physically amazing they feel 🕺😜 I'm no Gallup... I don't have the research team behind me to prove this. But... I can tell you with absolute certainty that most (if not all) of my clients who are struggling with anxiety and or chronic pain are NOT doing what they do best every day. I would argue that people who have the opportunity to do what they do best every day have: 😊 Less sick days 😊 Less anxiety depression 😊 Less incidents of back pain, migraines, pelvic pain [fill in your symptoms] Looking back on my decade of back pain... I can tell you that I had back pain on days that I needed to deal with numbers or when I was working in roles that were 100% home based. That's because I hate numbers and I need people to be at my best. What are your thoughts? #gallup #strengthsfinder #workplacewellness
