You don’t create culture, culture happens. If you treat your customers well, treating your customers well will be build into your culture. If you treat your employees well, treating your employees well will be build into your culture. If you perform acts of leadership and you support others to do so, performing acts of leadership will be build into your culture. Etc … Culture is the effect of behaving in a specific way. Small changes in behaviour, can cause small things to change in the culture when people experience the Aha! Moment of acting in such a way. Culture then will emerge and will shape up. Start small and let your people discover the beauty of being part of shaping a culture where all are can thrive and motivated to be part of it.
