They will be playing roles of leaders and working in teams with fulfilling activities. Public Speaking & Presentation Skills This will help the participants overcome fear and hesitation of speaking in front of a gathering. By the end one will learn accurate body language and confidence. Communication Express To help participants learn the art of Interpersonal Communication , to enable them to enjoy deep, meaningful relationships and learn more about the Art of Small Talk; Conflict Resolution and Assertive vs Aggressive Personality Plus To help accelerate one’s personal growth. By the end of the workshop one will have a set of SMART goals, a habit tracker and the tool of Mind Mapping. Restaurant Etiquette & Table Manners The aim is to raise a kind and caring kid who uses good manners which be very beneficial to their future because good manners will command more respect, which could help them socially and academically Grooming & Hygiene Good grooming and hygiene are essential. It's never too early to start being concerned about your appearance - first impressions are everything. Methodology- All the participants will be doing solo presentations after being taught through the ADA (Activity Discussion Application) methodology. A personal observation: As freshmen, we go through an austere time when we get on board at our first job. We're added in all sorts of mails from our team and beyond, and often, it makes life difficult to follow up everything while most of the time we don’t even have a clue what actually is happening and why. As a result, work motivation plummets and feedbacks come flooding in from the seniors. The most important thing to do at this time is to sit with the immediate senior/supervisor/manager, and learn the full cycle of work or operational workflow of an entire season or year. Once the cycle is completely understood, all those mails and issues start to make sense to us and we are able to connect the dots. Then it leads us to being autonomous at our job, growth, and on a better shape in confidence level.

While doing my practical with SP Brewery Ltd. My Supervisor who had experienced with many companies told me three important things 1. Always practice good working habits. Sometimes it's not about how skilled you are but it's all about how you carry yourself in the workplace. Things like coming early to work, completing task on time and following company policies. 2. Never ever lie. You can take years to build your trust but one lie can destroy everything. You're reputation is very valuable in the workplace. Don't risk it by lying. If you do something wrong than admit it. Always be true. 3. Always be willing to learn. Limiting yourself is not a good thing especially in a world of increased technology. Try to learn as much as you can. Use the gadgets that are with you. Learn different trades. Even master your skills. Also, don't be Mr Know it all. Always ask questions if you are not sure. There is always room to learn. Hearing this from a person who had experienced from many companies, I am very grateful. Having a senior and mentor is the best thing in life. Their experience can be your lesson. To senior workers out there. Teach the young. God is not blind. He will bless you more for blessing others with your knowledge. And to young people out there, let us humble ourselves and learn as much as we can.
