My name is Justin Spag and I'm the Senior Vice President of Production Operations and experience for Insomnia. They're pretty incredible feeling to to be in charge of the biggest EDM festival and probably the world's definitely in America. We start planning well before the current year happened, so we're over a year in planning for DC, but it takes a really passionate team as well. We've got about 12 key department heads that oversee like the key areas of the festival. My name is Andy Garcia, I am the senior Director. Left side experience production. I always said the following. Welcome to production. The timeline for this is crazy. I start EDC in December thinking, how are we going to do this? We put it in our creative teams to be able to start designing and really thinking with no boundaries. There's a lot of things behind the scenes that we need to be able to accomplish to operate this small city. We actually even look at camp, EDC, EDC, the festival, and then the exterior work. Parking, traffic coming in, it's almost three completely separate shows because of the the just vast scope of what each of them are staging. Starts traveling across country, even a couple months before we start building the strategically place things nearby so that we're ready to go once we step foot on the festival grounds to start building. There's a lot of movements, not just inside the warehouse. We gotta go into the parking lot. Las Vegas Motor Speedway, where EC happens, is just a massive, massive property. We take over nearly every inch of it and they start cleaning the area so we can test build most of the items. It's so precise how they build it that you have maybe an inch of wiggle room. Once we actually start building on site and we ramp up to about 2000 people physically, they're constructing the show. It takes an army. We plan, we disagree, we agree, we argue a little bit, we come back. It's a playground for me to come in and execute and give something beautiful to all those people that are coming to see us. Hola. The largest install are the stages, the the Kinetic Field really being the largest install of all of them and that's because of the size of the scale, the complexity and uniqueness of the stage itself. The scenic that's custom fabricated and installed is a brand new installation every single year. One thing I'll say about EDC coming up this year and really any EDC for that matter. Don't just park yourself at a stage. Make sure you walk around, make sure you look into those little corners and find the things that we don't tell you about, because we want you to find them and we want you to have a feeling of just awful. The reward is when we open doors, when we see the headliners running through the Speedway. It's just so beautiful in in 10 years with Insomniac, I gonna tell you this and I'm going to confess, I cry all the time. Is that feeling that we did something good, that people will enjoy it?
