While it can be tempting to dismiss lists like these, the reality is that as an employer these impact your ability to attract and hire talent. While many predicted major swings in employment in 2023, many of those fears were simply unfounded. Unemployment stayed near record levels and employees maintained their leverage.
So if you didn't do anything proactive in 2023, perhaps now is the time to get started on updating your messaging, your EVP, your content, your strategy, your recruiting channels, and your tech to make sure you are attracting the right people for your company to be successful this year and beyond.
