We're ecstatic to look back on our incredible time from last Tuesday, when we had the privilege of attending Wolves Summit in #Berlin 🐺. This time, the spotlight belonged to scale-ups. The “Scale Up with Wolves” conference brought invaluable insights into emerging businesses’ endeavours towards global success. And we learned this journey wasn’t always pretty for them – from the highs and lows to the breakthrough moments, it was all there. For thriving startups and scale-ups, Wolves Summit was a goldmine of tips on running a successful company and strategies for raising capital💡. 🤝 Did we mention networking? We rubbed shoulders with fellow entrepreneurs, investors, industry experts, VCs, and CVCs alike, making tons of connections with visionary individuals and teams—hopefully lasting ones. What struck us the most was the investors’ openness and their eagerness to share their expertise to help others scale their businesses effectively. Last but not least – a huge shoutout to the venture capitalists awarded for their tremendous support towards startup and scale-up ecosystems. It was really inspiring! Thank you Max Pog for shedding light on the fascinating realm of venture building! Venture builders/studios is a fairly unfamiliar concept in Sweden that deserve more attention from investors and aspiring entrepreneurs alike. The stage-gate model and efficient assembly line processes significantly accelerate the journey to exits. Some key takeaways from Max Pog is: 1. Faster traction: 40-50% less time to Seed/Series A/B/C – an assembly line is more efficient than manual labor. 2. Quicker Exits: studio startups show a 31-33% faster acquisition/IPO rate. 3. Accumulated Expertise: launching the 9th startup in Agritech is easier than the first one. 4. Cost-efficiency: in-house teams reduce outsourcing costs. The topic of his talk was "Corporate Startup Partnerships with a System: The Pragmatic Approach of STIHL Ventures."    💬 In his speech, he stated that corporates have recognized the potential of the #venture approach to facilitate cost savings and enhance organizational efficiency. The #startup ecosystem is equipped with substantial financial resources that could be allocated to address a multitude of individual challenges.
