Later this month, the annual Techinnov conference will once again play the role of matchmaker between France's corporates and startups. This has been a major theme in the French tech world over the past year (Je choisis la French Tech, DAPI, etc.) because for all the corporate hackathons and accelerators and buzzy innovation events, actual progress has been slow. Startups still find it harder to make sales to corporations in France than in other countries. And big companies are still reticent to open their wallets. I recently spoke to Techinnov's Aurélie Hard about the challenges in accelerating the deployment of innovation in France. She remains optimistic, but also clear-eyed about where things stand and the risks for incumbents if they don't embrace transformation. "We're lagging behind foreign countries and we need to catch up. The first edition of the #SIMConference was a great success, and Rauva is pleased to have participated in it! 🌟 ERIDIA on stage to guide startups to scale-up! 🌟   The energy was truly contagious last week at the Bühler Group CUBIC Innovation Campus, hosting a MassChallenge Switzerland delegation of 80 startups! 🚀 Thanks to the MassChallenge Switzerland organization team for inviting our MD Erika S. Georget to contribute on an exciting panel discussion. It was an incredible experience for ERIDIA to team up with Yannick Gächter, Ido Savir, and Marco Tobler and showcase winning strategies for the several challenges that Start-ups frequently encounter on their path to grow. Many thanks also to Nicolas Meneses for a great moderation. The panel provided a perfect opportunity to highlight challenges and opportunities to facilitate scale-up efforts. The panelists shared recommendations on how to navigate the complexities of securing grants, forming strategic partnerships, and obtaining funding 🚀.
