The more I work with people in any community, the more I realize that helping people is what I will keep doing until I cease to exist. This past week I got to work with these women and girls. It is an ongoing project Safety n Us is running, with the help of Impact Amplifier. It is called Safe Formation, where we are bringing awareness on online violence, such as online harassment and cyber bullying. We educated them on disinformation, misinformation and digital literacy skills. Seeing these women actively participating and having the zeal to learn, to gain skills to better themselves, gave me the greatest satisfaction and hope that the work we are doing will have a great impact on them and other communities in the long run. Empowering them to be able to sustain themselves and protect themselves from online predators, abuse and false narratives. I have also gained, not just experience but a sisterhood, a family and immense happiness from this and I hope and pray I continue on this journey with the same passion, determination and energy in the course of my career!

Wolfpack has established an investigative team to assist victims of cybercrime in South Africa who otherwise would not have access to support. In partnership with Impact Amplifier and Google, Wolfpack has established an online platform called COBRA (Cybercrime Operational Behaviour and Response Alliance).
