#2023year was a hell of a year for me. I remember January and February as some of the most difficult moths in my #career. I had to step in for a #disaster of a #project. Usually I hold #myself #responsible for any and every difficult situation Inoxsys gets into. This was not an exemption from the rule. I knew that we will be hurt badly, quitting was not an option as it would have been end of the company immediately. We had to #deliver. The prospects for work after this project were bad as my complete immersion meant I could not work on new deals. It took a lot from everyone involved. S much effort and commitment that still weighs on everyone. As a result we lost and continue to loose good people. Later on I found out we are not the only sub supplier at loss - the lack of technical documentation lead to poor budgeting and terrible planning. Does this comfort me? Not really. It is not a compensation for the effort and nerves of my colleagues. #2024 starts differently. Inoxsys is having so much #orders I have to solve problems of #capacity - it’s a much nicer #job to have. Picture of the people who suffered mostly from my home absence.
